The Twelve Days of Motherhood

0

As the Twelve Days of Christmas come to an end, here is a little song I think we can all relate to.

On the first day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
A toy stuck in the neighbor’s tree.

On the second day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Two baths a day.

On the third day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Three runny noses.

On the fourth day of motherhood by dear child gave to me,
Four calls to poison control.

On the fifth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Five Golden hours of sleep.

On the sixth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Six rooms to get clean.

On the seventh day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Seven “I don’t wannas”.

On the eighth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Eight weeks of counseling.

On the ninth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Nine loads of laundry.

On the tenth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Ten seconds to get to soccer practice.

On the eleventh day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Eleven lines of stretch marks.

On the twelfth day of motherhood my dear child gave to me,
Twelve months of love.
